Terms of Service

These terms apply to WebLeadsNow CRM at crm.webleadsnow.com, provided by WebLeadsNow. By signing up for or using the CRM you agree to them.

The service

WebLeadsNow CRM collects a business's website and phone leads, and helps it follow up, send estimates, request reviews and see its marketing results. Features depend on the plan chosen. We may improve or change features over time.

Accounts

• The business owner is responsible for who they invite and for keeping sign-ins private.
• You must give accurate information and be allowed to act for the business you sign up.

Your data

Your leads, customers, documents and other records belong to your business. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to collect and contact the people in your CRM, including consent for text messages and marketing emails.

Acceptable use

Don't use the CRM to send spam, break the law (including telemarketing, texting and email laws), upload harmful files, or try to reach another business's data.

Connected services

If you connect Google, Facebook, phone numbers or other services, their own terms also apply, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the CRM stays available until the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the CRM available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, WebLeadsNow is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Ending service

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are unpaid. After an account closes you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days.
